CRJE LAUNCHES PENINSULAR NOBLE CENTER BUILDING WORTH U$40 MIL IN TANZANIA'S BUSINESS CAPITAL

By Staff Writer - The CRJE Investment (EA) has on Tuesday April 1, 2025 launched an exceptional commercial property, the Peninsular Noble Centre worth U$40million in Tanzania’s business capital of Dar es Salaam that flexible for Banks, supermarkets, coffee Bar, shops, and restaurants.

“We have launched Peninsula Noble Centre, a commercial property, located in Oysterbay, Dar es Salaam, offering spaces for sale or rent, including supermarkets, Banks, Coffee Bar and shops” CRJE CRJE Investment (EA) General Manager Mr Li Tianye said.

Tianye also said that so far, a number of clients have shown up for opening businesses, including banks, restaurants, supermarkets, and many more.

On her part, the CRJE Investment (EA)’s Marketing Director Liu Dan said that Peninsula Noble Centre provides the ideal setting with state-of-the-art facilities and a vibrant commercial hub.

“CRJE Investment (EA) started implementing this project in 2019, but we failed to continue due to the eruption of COVID 19. We stopped but commenced again in 2023 and successfully launched today, 1st April 2025,” Ms Dan concludes
